Hi All, Our corporate office sent me out to the warehouse to resurrect one of our old PBX's along with a separate old voicemail system we used to use before I worked for them. Here's what I'm trying to do so we can use it for a satellite office. Anyways to make a long story short. I have both the merlin legend & the audix 4.4 up and running however the audix keeps taking lines offhook. If i sit and watch it in the system monitor its cycling thru collect, offhook, talking, onhook etc. Any help is appreciated Thanks --Don

Start with the Legend's programming.
Key or PBX? If Key, set the ALS for the VM ports to Intercom First, and set the Lines to NO Ring.
The S/L ports that interface the Audix: Integrated VMI, Linear Hunt, Coverage for the VM group?
If you have Audix issues, do a search on this board for "nehtelecom", who invented the darn thing! Or he may see this thread and chime in.

Chris is lying. He DID invent it. He made it so damn complicated to work on. He calls it JOB SECURITY. :toothy:
If he can't help you on the Audix, then it can't be done.
