Any thoughts? I've been quoted both and are both about the same cost.

Size, application and wish list please. Without saying the vendor will be the #1 consideration, #2 should be application.

Quick answer from me would be the CTX100
If it doesn't ring, I can't help you

I agree with Coral, both will have most of the same features so primary consideration should be the vendor.

Thanks.
Small office...about 12-18 folks. Local/Toll/LD phone service from AT&T coming into the building over fiber...maybe a T1 with 7 lines (7 phone numbers). One receptionist with a lunchtime backup. We currently have a huge Nortel Norstar system from '95 that's flaking out.
So your general recommendation would be to focus on references and how the vendor is servicing its current customer base?

Yep... Both systems will handle you fine. Check the vendor.

Have to agree with Paul. Both will work just fine for your application.
