Just wondering how involved it is to add a MM717 on a exsisting G700. We are looking to add some ext.'s but are full.

If someone could touch on the things I need to program as well,or how to see if my G700 has the room in the first place would be great!

You guys and gals have never let me down yet!

A MM717 is a 24-port digital card. Programming would involve plugging the board into an empty slot and doing an add station command.

That almost sounds too easy...

If I have an empty slot I just purchase it and slide it in? The system will automatically see that it is there?

Yes, providing you still have enough station ports available. Check the system-parameters customer option screen for available ports.
You also may have to do a change circuit packs media command.
