Hey guys i put in a 206e card in a 3.0 on one of the exts on the card sometimes when a outside call comes in and they try to transfer to that ext they get a fax tone there are no fax machines hooked up to the system thanks in advance

It's unlikely that it's coming from the 206E. Swap the extension port with another. Does it follow?
