The issue is maintenance. Avaya doesn't maintain old equipemnt. If they did, people would still be running system 75's. If you want to have Avaya maintenance you must upgrade. If not, look to a BP or 3rd party for maintenace.

It's nice to know that your customers are willing to paid such a steep price to keep Avaya tech support around. How much can go wrong with a Definity PBX in a year to justify their contract????????

Having a service agreement gives us priority over customers who do not have an agreement.
