I'm doing a new install for our phone system at work. In the carrier I have: slot 1= 012E module ,slot 2 = Partner Messaging with 4-port card ,slot 3 = Partner ACS 7.0 91E. I have tried to setup everything by following the avaya manuals but I cannot access the voicemail system. Int 777 either gets a busy signal or just rings forever. Outside calls get 2 rings and then a message, "transfering to partner messaging systems", then it rings a couple of times and the message is heard again, this is repeated forever. Hunt Group 7 has extensions 27,28,29,30 assigned. I have done all of the setup through the PC software for both the processor and the messaging system. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I believe your VM ports should be 31,32,33,34 according the card layout you provided

Always start your count of stations at the Processor in the center slot and then go to the slot to the far left and continue from there.
