I am a newbie to administering a s8400 media server w/g650 media gatway.
I need to add a new prefix so the system can dial it with out needing long distance.
so far i have been able to add stations, add pickup groups and hunt groups but i just have not been able to find what command get in to this part of programing.
Thanks for any help offered.

I know this is done in your ARS routing and in the toll tables but I am not the expert in this area. Let's see if another party can better help you.

ARS can get ugly and complicated, but it doesn't have to. One approach to adding new prefixes and area codes is to borrow information from like entries that already exist. Check out page 302 of https://support.avaya.com/elmodocs2/comm_mgr/r3_1/03_300151_5/03_300509_2/03_300509_2.pdf for an example. And please write back if you get stuck.
