How do I change the name on the extension from an old employee to a new one. I went in to labeling but it only gives me a-f alphabet to create new name.

This really belongs in the AVAYA area, but I was unable to move it there.
But the answer is, G through Z are on the Line/Button keys below the Display area of the MLX-20L.
If you lift the 2 Plastic windows and the DESI STRIPS off, you will see the letters embedded there.
