Customer has gone in and changed or locked us out of the admin portion of the voice mail. They now want us to reset some passwords how can we get in? Please tell me we don't have to initilize and reprogram! :bang:

No, that wouldn't get you anywhere anyway. One of our mods will be along. He will be able to reset it for you usually for a fee.
