Our customer changed the password to the VM Card and need us to get in and fix it. Can someone Send me some info on this?

Did they change the Admin password or the password to a regular mailbox?
If the Admin password was changed, one of the Avaya Mods can reset it for you for a small fee.
If the password to a mailbox was changed, log in as the Admin and reset it.

no, unfortunately it was the Admin Password. I pulled the VM card out and put a different one in Temporarily and brought it back to our shop so i can work on it, trying to gain access.
