Hello all, I have a quick question regarding an ECS 8710. We have several 2410 and 2420 sets that occasionally get a "download denied" message on the display. They are dead in the water at that point and we have to swap them for a replacement set. Has anyone experienced this and are there any things we can do to bring these phones back into service with replacing them. Thanks in advance,

I see this once in a while. I always send them back to the place I bought them from and ask for replacements. This this point, I have not found a solution to fix them on my own.
