Thanks for the advice liquidvw! I ended up using the cha remote-access and everything works like a charm now. A barrier code is programmed for security access. I removed the DID from "cha off feat".

Awesome. Glad it works. Play close attention to your remote acess port. It is a common spot for toll fraud. Make sure you use a 7 digit barrier code and change it often.
