HELP !!!!!!
My boss asked me to set up a do not disturb button to voice mail in our definity system. Does anybody can tell me how to do it.

I do not use "Do Not Disturb" but you could put a "Send Calls" button on the phone. Pressing the button or invoking the code would let the phone ring only 1/2 time and then the calls would go to cover.

It's 'dn-dst' but I agree with Rhonda, Send All Calls is probably best.

Send calls acts as a DND button.

No so. If you have DND on (dn-dst), incoming calls will goto the the attendant console. SAC will send calls to voice mail. They are different.
You can also set up a ext-dn-dst or grp-dn-dst.
