Just came back from installing and programming an IP500 in Florida. Only problem we had was the 3810 wireless wouldn't work. System Status showed it as a 9040 and unsupported. Once in a while the display on the 3810 would say something like "equipment bared".
Anyone experience similar issues?

RMA the thing. Wouldnt be the first time that6 Avaya shipped a crappy phone.
