Well I got myself into a fine pickle this time. I had a client down so went to a nearby client and borrowed a 308 card. All ok until I returned it. Now the Amanda @workplace 94 port) answers all 4 ports ok for the first 4 calls. then it takes a rest for 8 or 9 calls and then it answers the next 4 calls just fine. Checked my partner settings a hundred times and reset/save on the Partner.Rebooted both multiple times. Tried it with and without the partner card, same symptoms. Thanks for all your help! ALSO THE amanda factory passwork caps 2 letters, etc does not work Chris

So, you stole a 308 card from the system with the Amanda voicemail?
Check the extensions on the 308 you took out. What are the extension numbers that would have been there? Check to see if those are in #505, group 7.

308 card
First off lets get the equipment you are talking about correct and cut the slang. Is it a ACS R1 through R6 processor or a 308EC expansion module? Both are "308".
I just saw that you posted this same topic in the Voice Mail forum where it belongs. Please do not double post. I'm closing this one. -Hal
