most of the subs are set to custom. I dont see how to check the cos of custom. This sub is the only one known to be having this issue.

Well this is where things get tricky. Outcalling is set to No on the second page of the subscriber form. That is good. But the outcalling could be coming from another extension or even another voice mail system.

What exactly does the message say. When Audix outcalls to a phone the wording should be "This is audix (insert name here or extension) has new messages...."

If that is the message you are getting, what is the name or extension that you are hearing. That might point us in the right direction.

Hey also you have a minor alarm on that audix. You might want to check that out.
