Hello all, I am the IT guy (my field is computers) at my church with a school in Chicago. We received a donated (from my wife's company) system consisting of a Legend R7.0 switch with an Intuity Audix VM / AA. I restored the working config from the previous office and have some of the extensions punched down. The system is working with VM at the operator's position. I need to configure the system to ring three lines at the church attendant position (secretary) with coverage by AA1. The other two lines must ring at the school with coverage by AA2. I installed winSPM on my laptop and have it talking to the switch but am quite confused by the programming. I believe I'm smart enough to know I'm in over my head and would like to know if you can recommend a local (Chicago N/W side) tech who would be willing to do some on site programming. I would peek over his shoulder and might learn enough to maintain the system and do light tweaking. I have the Audix manuals and can probably set up the AA's but the switch has me buffaloed. Any help would be appreciated.

I can help with the Legend-end of the programming - but I am not very familiar with the Audix voicemail - I deal with mostly Legend/Magix voicemail modules. You can find my contact information at my URL (stcg.com)

And I'm more than happy to provide AUDIX help, which nicely compliments Tom's expertise on the Magix. Check my profile for contact info.
