We're running a ACS R7, 308, and Messaging 7.0. I have #206 group 7 set to active on all six lines, #506 daytime hunt delay set to 6 rings and night to 2 on all six lines. The AA is set to weekly business schedule from 800 to 1730. My issue is that the calls are being answered on the first ring prompted with "your call is being transfered" and then transfered to ext 10. What am I missing? The scenario we would like is for six rings during the day to cover busy times and two at night.

Put the proper 2, 4 or 6 ports in and make sure no others are assigned and you will be all set. | | | | Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 2,473 Member | Member Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 2,473 | Your ports has to start with ext.27 and up depends on the number of ports in #505, Group 7. | | | Forums95 Topics94,283 Posts639,073 Members49,425 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
