Is there any way to set the trunks on an ACS to not allow access for several seconds after hangup? My customer is hanging up and going off hook so fast that she does not give the Telco time to return dialtone.

Normally a second or two is sufficient for a trunk to disconnect. I think this is something you should discuss with the Telco. Sometimes their hook flash features get in the way of a timely disconnect.

And no, there is no setting on the Partner that would do what you are looking for.

you might set her auto line selection to ICM so when she hits her hookswitch she will then have to dial nine or push a line key.
