One of my customer has a ACS R3.0. The problem is when plug in 18D phone, the display is light on for 5 second and then light off for second and then light on for 15 second and then.... It hapend to all 8 extensions. All of 18D phones can not be use. Only anolog phone allowed to be use. Is this a static or dead? How to fix it?
