With a new, or used VM one should always default it prior to begining a new implementation programming. Call your local Avaya dealer, or pay one of the guys here to do it for you, the charge is less than the time you have spent here is worth.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!

Have you checked the system greetings? what about the touch-tone gate greetings?

If all else fails, do a system reset clear and start from scratch. If your results are the same, I'd say chances are you have a bad mod.

I agree, you should default it and start from scratch. Mike can do it for you for a fee, assuming that it has it's original hard drive.
