Set the clock on the Partner processor (#103); PM will sync from there. You may need to perform a system reset (#728) to force the sync.

Exactly what dag said, you do need to either perform a reset or restart the system.

"Box on wall" "Partner Mail"? Option 2 in programming from System Administrator's mailbox. VS, or Partner Messaging, just as Dagwood says.

New to the board guys.. so I apologize if I am piggybacking on the wrong thread... I have a Parter system that is fully functioning with the exception of VM. I cant do intercom *777, or page all either. (probably related). slot configuration is 308, VM, ACS, blank, blank. All lights are lit on VM. (red, yellow, green) plus power. Wondering if it is programing, or if perhaps there is a connection that I have not made to VM. I have programmd 505 group 7 for 36/7 and 30/31 . neither seem to work.. 36/7 is the current setting. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the board karguy80. Looks like your VM ports are wrong.
Have you called the people you bought your system from or contacted your local Avaya Business Partner?
And just for future reference..........yes you need to start your own thread instead of hi-jacking an old one.

Thanks Michael.. I have no way to contact them as they are long since defunct. I had a local technician do the re-install, but we were both scratching our heads on the issue. I have been doing some research and seems to be programming, but need to dig into some of the "experts" brains. sorry about hi-jacking the thread...
