Anyone have any experience setting up an Auto-Attendant in the Quick Edition? I'm looking specifically on setting up selector codes to send callers to groups or single extensions, rather than say for X press 201, for Y press 202, etc. I'm not sure if this can even be done in the One-X. Also, how about dial by name? Thanks for your help.

That type of user-targeted software is what put us phone guys out of work. That's my take on it.

JJIMM, that may be the case, but obviously customers can not read the manual. Which then points to any forums where customers that cant read manuals come to to figure things out.
telsmith...Selector code transfers are not possible (as far as I can remember) I beleive there is a dial by name directory callers can access by pressing 1.
