First Post, be nice.

I have an S8500 with hospitality.

I have been able to setup a button on my Front Desk Agents phones to activate an automatic call wake up. HOWEVER, I have no idea how to cancel a wake up call if requested.

I've been searching many Avaya Docs and the internet with no luck. Any help is appreciated

See page 13 (Adobe Acrobat page 17) of https://support.avaya.com/edoc/docs/gstworks/gw3hosp1.pdf. I think that's what you're looking for.

Gotcha: if you happen to run a "change extension" or "change station" command for the extension that has an automatic wakeup request pending, the wakeup request will be cancelled.

And welcome to the board! welcome
