i have a user that is wanting to setup a incomming call like this when a call come in on ext xxxx they want it to ring 2-3 times then ring on ext xxxx and so on. Any advice on how to set that up?

Sounds like your basic "cover path" Assign one with the parameters you want i.e; amount of rings between points..and you should be all set.

Add cover path next, Place the extensions on it and the numbers of rings before it rolls. Change station xxxx and place that new cover path number on its station form.

mikeydidit, what happens to the call when no one answers at any stations? Will it go to a VM box or just keep going?

It depends on how you have it set up. If you have more than one point of cover it will follow the coverage path to the next point and down the line. If you only have one point and then H1 (VM hunt group) then it will go to the first point, ring there the amount of times you have it programmed for, then to VM.

so if i were to setup it up to ring station 1 3 times then have 2 other points, say station 2 and then station 3 then have it go to H1(voice mail), would it go to station 1's voice mail box or station 3's
