i have a 406 module that i upgraded to 4.0 and everything is working fine. but i have 5410 phones on the system and they wont come up they say please wait in the display. on my emanager at the very bottom it has an error msg "unable to send 5410_r5.bin" any suggestions.

Is the phone plugged into an expansion module? Has it been upgraded?

Sounds like those phones are having trouble getting their download. Try plugging them into a different port until they get it. Then move back to the port they should be in.

no the phones are plugged directly into the 406. i am wondering if the file it is looking for is not in my datatbase and dont know if there is anywhere to obtain that bin file. i checkd the avaya website and cannot find it eithr.

they came up i think i had it looking in the wrong folder for the file.
