Contacted by a local business. Partner system died and they bought a new one (Ebay). Called me in to program it. Took care of most of the basics. The old system had an ACS Voice Messaging(Small). Trying to set it up, establishing the 777 hunt group. Thought the extensions associated were 21 & 22, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If I dial 21 or 22 get a fast busy, and if they are put in the 777 group same thing. I know the VM works cause when the card is in the AA answers after (1) ring with a system greeting. PC card is in the 1st slot. System is a single cartridge not in a cabinet. I've dialed just about every extension beyond the active sets (10-18) and VM never answers. Solutions???

I really suggest that you acquire the documentation for both your ACS and the PVM card. They are avaiable on the Avaya/support site.
The VM ports are 78 and 79.
