Merlin Legend (R3) - I have a customer with a digital music source with an output. Im not sure what volt/watts/db/ohms? this thing is putting out, I just know that there isn't a volume control on it. I have it connected to a trunk port (obviously) for MOH. It's loud! I'm 98% sure there isn't a volume control within the Legend to turn the volume down. What type of device can I install (in-line) to adjust the volume.
Thanks! RTB

A coupler is used to connect a MOH source to an open line/trunk port in the Legend/Magix system. I believe the device has an adjustable "pot" to attenuate the signal. https://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/metroline_1977_1772457

On the MOH coupler, turn the adjustable "pot" to inctease the volume counter clockwise, opposite of what you would think.
Good luck, Phyllis

Will a Avaya Model 105A module work on a Magix for MOH volume control. The documentation I have found only describes it being used with a Partner system. Just making sure.
Thanks!

I have used PARTNER MOH couplers on Legend/Magix with success.
