I have recently started working with an Avaya dealer with a little problem. When his telephone tech quit to start his own company, he changed the Admin PW of the Merlin Magix and the Merlin Mail. Does anyone out there have any ideas of how to either recover the current passwords or how to reset them without completely reinitializing the systems?
