i have a ip office with voice mail pro running on windows 2000 everytime i make a time profile change the delta server drops (holidays) and i have to go and find the server again and reboot the server to get vmp working again. All ip address are correct and can ping them. Any reason why that happens? anyone else ever had that problem

What release are you running? Have you run the firewall.bat file?
Is the firewall turned on?
Has this always been a problem?
