Yes it can. As long as it is a 2-slot carrier for a ACS and not the older Partner's.

The old 2 slot, made for the Baby Partners, (two 206 mods) won't even fit the ACS card edge. The connector isn't long enough. So take a look and if both connectors are the same length you have an old 2 slot.
