Sorry, Unique Line Ringing wasn't introduced until R3 so you can't even change the ringtones.

If this is important enough to you, you might want to consider a software upgrade of that R1.0.1 to the latest R6. It's not recommended for the R1 but it does work.

Can I at least turn off the ringer on the two funeral home lines at the flower shop???

The cost depends on who does it for you.

You can turn off line ringing on any lines and extensions you want.

From extension 10 or 11 (MUST be at least an MLS 12 or a newer 18D with display)

(Feature)(0)(0), (Left intercom), (Left intercom)(Right intercom), enter extension number of extension you want to program. The line buttons will be steady green. Just press each line button for the lines you want to change until they say "No Ring". When you are done just lift the handset to exit programming.

If you know what the extension numbers are for your phones you should have no problem.

I don't know if this fits your situation but...
This is one way that the Funeral Home lines could sound softer. Let's say you have 3 extensions in the Flower shop. Have the flower shop lines ring on all 3 extensions. But only have the Funeral Home lines ring on 1 extension. The difference could appear to be even more dramatic if you turn up the ringing volume on a phone that does not have the Funeral Home lines ringing on it.
Example: Say you have Exts. 15, 16, and 17 in the flower shop. Make 15 ring on all 4 lines but turn the volume of the ringer down a bit. Then have only the Flower Shop lines ring on Ext 16 and 17. Turn the volume of the ringer UP on 16 or 17 (or both). When a Funeral call comes in, it will sound soft because only 1 phone is ringing. When a call comes in on a Flower Shop line, it will be louder because more phones are ringing plus if the ringer on 16 or 17 is set louder, it will be that more noticeable.
