Hey guys, I have three 3910 phones that I have not used in about 9 months. A client needed a replacement for a 9040 so I charged up the three phones for two days. The phones will not link up to their base units. My question is are there any procedures on how to troubleshoot this? I looked for reset buttons on the phones and base units but did not see any. Thanks

Sounds like they lost their memory due to a discharged BU battery or super cap. They lost their registration. Unfortunately, unlike the 9040 I see no way to register a handset to a base unit- these are married at the factory like the old 9031.
About the only thing you can do is send them out for repair.
