Hey guys, a new problem on the attendant console. The user can hear callers, but the callers can't hear the user. This only happens with the handset. When the headset is connected it works fine. I changed the port and all of the equipment including "new" console phones. Also changed power supply and line cords and handset cords. Thanks, BT

If it's a 302a you probably have the wrong handset or adapter on it....is it the handset it the silver mouth piece or k-style?..try using different adapters..it can get crazy trying to find the right one......

I have a 302C console and there are special handsets for the consoles even though they look like any other handset. If you have maintenance on your console, they should give you a new handset/console to replace it.

Thanks for the responses. The original handset just says AT&T on it and it is black. I searched this forum and I read something about a carbon handset. I will check on it though. Thanks again!
