I have a customer that would like to add a PRI to utilize DID capabilities to their current Avaya Partner ACS 7.0 system. They currently are MUX'ing their PRI with another piece of equipment. What i would like to know is, with the Avaya Partner T1 Module, will a PRI work and can you properly route DID's accross it. Remembering that a T1 is 24 channels and a PRI is 23B channels.
This is a quandary....
Appriciate the help ahead of time.
Thanks,
Dave

Oh yea, A Magix is a whole different animal. It will support PRI and VM. Very solid system.
