Is there any way to let the user change his/her own buttons on the phone? like change a busy-ind or to change Call-wtg to DND?

Which system do you have this phone connected to?

I would think that this one would fall under system manager access. The configuration manager is on someones desk top. It is accessible to all or with a pass code. Some features can be deleted on a user basis. It's all about admin levels of merge to change small stuff.

If this is on an IP OFFICE:
https://marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase/ipoffice/ipoffice40/eng/manager/manager_en.pdf?zoom_highlight=admin#search=%22admin%22
Click there. Look on page 556. It tells what features can be used with "Self-Admin" button.

RELEASE 4.1 IPO I THINK ONLY. Click help in manager, then search self-admin.
Three sets of parameters for the feature, no action data, 1, or 2 with differing feature access for each one.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
