I have a Partner system with the small 4 mailbox PC card, and I wanted to change a mailbox from one extension to another, but when I follow the manual, it says to enter a password. However, it is not the voice mail password, and the guy that installed it about a decade ago is out of business. Is there a way to reset that system/admin password so that I can change one mailbox without changing the rest of the settings and recorded messages?
Also, I have also learned we have one of the Large PC voice mail cards, but it is not in use right now. Is there a way to transfer what I have, or am I starting over if I switch to the Large card?
Thanks to anyone that can help!

No, there is no way to transfer from one pc card to the other.
If you read the manual, it does state what the default password is. If that does not work someone can reset it for you.

I believe the card will be defaulted if you reset the admin password. Also, if you change to the large card you will be starting from scratch. Someone will be along shortly and PM you about resetting the password for a small charge if that is what you choose to do.

In any event when you have to re assign the mailbox with a PC mail you have to delete it. It askes for the Mailbox number in admin. 01-04
Do not confuse this with the station number.
If this helps.

Does anyone know the remote login to default the admin password on a ACS with the large PC card for voicemail? Avaya charges too much to do this. Any help will be appreciated.
