Have a Partner R7 with 1 012, 3 308EC 1 4 port Voice Gate. Looking for a good UPS that would keep this configuration up and running for at least 2 hours under heavy use. Whats the best way to go ??? Thanks Tony

Are you looking for specific brand recommendations or how to calculate what size UPS the system is going to need?

A good reliable brand, not too expensive. Thanks to both of you.

Sorry, I didn't realize the site I mentioned changed. It used to be a UPS sizing tool site.

I use strictly APC here. Very nice dependable units.

Here is their site and UPS calculator.

The wireless telegraph is not difficult to understand.

It was the first Fax machine.

Voltage X Amps = Watts

A 750 amp hour will keep it going for a hour or two at best under heavy load.

It's not a correct science because of load variables.

If the phones are ringing off the hook 24/7 then the battery unit is asking for more juice.
