is anyone having trouble with the display going bad after about 1 year and what is the fix.

We have several hundred out in the field up and running and I have never saw that problem. :shrug:
I think I remember something about some of the R.7's having this problem.
What release ACS and version are you working with?

I recently have been getting sereval trouble reports of Series 2 that the display is unreadable. All seem to be about a year from installation date.

I had one a few months back and another one last week, both about a year old and both on Rls-6.0, Had my supply house replace both. They had no answer why they went bad. :idea:
