This is an IPO remember. Probably wouldn't be my first choice for this application with SL phones.

Under the extension tab set your Flash Hook Pulse Width/Minium Width and Maximum Width, to a much higher lenght. This the system shouldn't see it as a flash but as a hang up.

Another thing to look at is the 'Wrap-up Timer' in the Telephony Tab in the Users folder. If it is set to anything but 0, there will be a delay before the agents can access a trunk.
