Maybe just mention that the name of your company isn't Charity telecom, or Moneybags telecom. Even better ask your customer how they deal with customers who don't or won't pay and then proceed accordingly.

Do a google search for skunk urine or worst odors or worst smells.
There are so many people out there willing to sell you stuff. Get nose plugs. You can google for that too.
And wrichey is close, it could be a she when I'm dressed up for a nice meal or a Harley riding dyke bitch when I leather up.
Of course if you don't want to wear the skunk urine, you could put some on a nice manila envelope marked "Please catch up on all your bills with all your suppliers" and put it in their mail slot or slide it under their door right after you spray it.
