Hi,
We have an IP406 that we are using with a few 2030 phones. We now want to add some Avaya 4621 ip phones, but are struggling with the confguration. We have sussed how to get the phone to boot up and to give it an extension number. But the problem is that we can't get a line to dial other extensions. We don't get a dial tone, nothing. Can anyone help?
Rgds

With the IP 406, you need to buy a small board that goes inside the unit called a VCM module. There are different VCM modules, depending on how many ports you want. To run any Ip phone on the IP 406 you will need this board. Any Avaya Business Partner should be able to sell you one.
