I have a Merlin Legend with a Merlin Messaging. I am having trouble rolling calls to AA. have the members 26 and 27 in group 770. Lines assigned to group 770 are 801 and 802. AA answers correctly. If I put them in 771 and overflow to 770 get the message transferring to Operator.

If you did it that way, you would need to make a mailbox of 771 and make it an AA.

And 771 has to be Integrated VM type. Actually, no it doesn't matter what type 771 is, because it has no members, it just overflows to 770
