Ok, customer has a magix messaging and a magix r3 processor. They can access there vociemail, set it up , be transfer to voicemial. But when auto attendant answers delay day or right away noght. They can dial any extension and that extension just rings....rings...never goes to voicemail. EVER!!! I checked auto attendant and it's set up for 3 digit...allow direct transfer on selector code 1. ( all phones start in the 100's). So what's the deal. HElp...

Are the voice mail ports "rotary enabled"? Look under the Extensions menu

Check what 6string is suggesting and make sure that Group Calling 770 has Cover for that Cover Group.
