Hi,
My customer has an important employee with very bad eyesight, so bad he cannot use the dial on his 6416 digital telephone. We have put a "big button" analog next to his 6416 so he can dial outbound calls. Question: Is there a voice command or, other device, that would integrate with his 6416 set to enable him to dial outbound calls. Speed dial isn't working either....I'm looking for a voice recognition, or "big button" device for his 6416 set. Or, is there another type of Avaya set that would do the trick. Actually,he is OK with the analog set, if we could get a message lite to work. Thanks... Techroy

I'm afraid you may have to go "Old School" with this to get something to work for this person..Have you thought about a "big button" analog set w/a bee hive type message waiting light i.e. neon..You would probably have to use an old TN 742 in the swith to light it..(not sure if the newer packs will light a neon) Then you could set him up with a "personal speed dial" list so that he could use DAC for his speed dials..that might work for this person..Just a thought to throw out there...Good luck with this one
