Is there a way to setup the voicemail and have it only pickup at night when the employees are gone off the site. We have several sites that have voicemail installed and the managers are wanting to turn it off during the day so the employees will answer the phone instead of letting the calls go to voicemail and then at night be able to turn it back on so it can give out the office hours and give a potenial customer the ability to leave a message.
Thanks,

We have Partner ACS R3 thru R7 deployed at sites that this is a potential issue.

Yes, you can. Put a Night Service button on X10 and program the AA to answer at night only.

If you mean the Auto Attendant, yes you can set it to Night Only, and put a Night Service button on Ext. 10.
If you mean individual user's mailboxes, you can add a VMS Cover button to each phone, have them turn if off during the day, and remember to turn it on when they are away from their phones. You might have to threaten their employment status to make them turn it off and om.

Yeah, but after rereading the original post, I think he was talking VM boxes not AA. Thanks for having my back on this one TTT. :thumb: Note to myself: In the future read post slower, so I get all the details.

Thanks TTT And Mike
We have the AA and Night Service Button but I was not aware of the Night Only option. I assume the Night Only Option is activated by pressing the Night Service button.
If they are able to keep the individual mailboxes the VMS cover will be an option.
Thanks Again!!!!
