My customer's messaging stopped working. I had the same board in my office so I replaced the bad one. When you call the main number after two rings you here " ext. 7929 is not available, to transfer to another ext. press *T" if you press nothing you just get disconnected. The selector codes are all set to direct ext. transfer. The dial 0 action is set to leave a message in the general mailbox. Any ideas? Thanks

Before the voicemail was swapped out, was the configuration saved? If so, try doing a restoral and see if that clears the problem.

Yes it was saved to my laptop. I will go today and do the restore. I'll post the result later. Thanks again.

Ext 7929 is your calling group, make a mail box 7929 and assign it as the Attendant

I took the lines out of calling group 7929 and added them to pool 70. Then I reassigned the lines to the phones. For some reason even in the old programming line 805 was the only line in pool 70. Oh well at least it works. Thanks for all the help.

crvbob- what you suggested was actually what was needed. The way I programmed it above just put a pool button on the phones when I assigned the lines. They wanted all lines on all the phones. Thanks for your help.
