The Audix works fine internally and answers 3001 thru 3012 as 12 port mail and gives users their mail boxes .

They lost answering from external calls to extensions to the system the are just ring no answers any ideas?

Maybe there is NDT on first line and its rings NA. have you tried 2 simultaneous calls or to make first line busy. Maybe system must be in Night mode all the time to answer by AA.

what does the cover path to audix hunt-group look like. This is where you define the type calls that route to the hunt-group.

list station will show cover-path
display cover-path x
column for Outside Call should have Don't Answer? y

cover point should be h99 (where 99 is the audix hunt-group)
