Have a customer with a 509 processor with the large pc card Voice Mail. Wants the voice mail to answer then 1 for **** 2 for****. 1 should go to group with 2 extentions, 2 should go to differnt group of 2 extentions. If no one answers group one should go to third ext then that extentions mailbox. Same if 2 selected except different ext with mailbox. I couldn't figure out a way to accomplish this. If this Vmail won't do it is there one that will worK?

He's asking a bit much of that little VM. He is going to need the full Partner Messaging. Even then I'm not sure it could be made to do exactly what he wants.

I think with PC VM you can try to create 3 go to HG 1 with 3 members and 4 go to HG 2 with the same number of members, but member #3 has to be delayed ring. The same for HG 2. The only thing I am not sure that about Member 3 will go to MB. I believe HG in the Partner doesn't have Overflow capability. Ask TTT. He might have some solution.

jsmith232, yeah it is doable. If it wasn't for the delay ring to the third extension I would say do it with a Partner Messaging R.7 where you can have CG mailboxes then phantom the VM messages to what ever extension you want.
But because of the delay ring to a third extension and the customer is dead set on doing this. You could keep your PC card mail and do it as long as you have 2 extra extension ports and 2 extra line ports by looping a extension port back into a line port for each GC. Then using line ownership and delayed line ringing. But you could not change or adjust the delay time before the third ext starts ringing. It would be on the 3rd ring and that's it.
I would try to talk the customer out of the delay to a additional extension and use a Partner Messaging. Would be a lot cleaner.
Good Luck.
