Is there anyway to retrive caller ID information on calls processed on the Magix.

Through the SMDR port, you can hook up a printer. You will need a 355A adaptor.

The SMDR report indicates outbound calls with time date durations and ext. informations. Inbound calls are indicating (IN). Can we cature the inbound call information?

Depends on what type of Service you utilizing PRI or POTS and if you have CID service provided on the lines if that POTS.

We have caller ID at station sets, looking for a way to review calls that have come in during the normal day.

If your looking for a feature like "Call Logs" that the Partner can do on the individual extension sets? Then No, you can't do that on a Magix. You will need to use the SMDR port (as mongo said) and call accounting software.

Raw call data for every call going out and coming in will hit the SMDR port when the call is finished.
